When I look back on my career, I have always been drawn to work that helps other people. So when I established my consultancy practice in 2011, it was to make a bigger impact by helping the organisations that help other people.

A bit About Me

Megan J Buntine

Principal

I am on a mission to improve the capability of organisations and individuals.

Through my knowledge, my skills, my experience, and my connections, I support boards and executives to build greater governance, leadership, and strategic capabilities, so they can deliver better supports and services to their own clients.

I have worked and volunteered across the human services and broader community sectors for more than 30 years, as well as running my own businesses over the past 20 years.

I write and speak on a range of topics for a variety of audiences.
