Megan J Buntine
Principal
I am on a mission to improve the capability of organisations and individuals.
Through my knowledge, my skills, my experience, and my connections, I support boards and executives to build greater governance, leadership, and strategic capabilities, so they can deliver better supports and services to their own clients.
I have worked and volunteered across the human services and broader community sectors for more than 30 years, as well as running my own businesses over the past 20 years.
I write and speak on a range of topics for a variety of audiences.

I have previously been awarded a Victorian government Occupational Health and Safety scholarship.
I have also been nominated for a Department of Human Services Valuing Achievement Award.
I have been a volunteer citizen advocate for a man with multiple and complex needs for more than 25 years.

I have been a member of a number of not-for-profit organisations in a variety of governance roles. Currently I am a Board member with the Into Our Hands community foundation and a Director and Company Secretary with Alpine Valleys Community Leadership. I have previously served on the Board of Alexandra District Health, I was Board Secretary of Rivers and Ranges Community Leadership Inc, and I was a member of the Victorian Public Tenants’ Association Inc Board. I am also a Specialist Consultant Member of The Xfactor Collective.
