Who we are
Established in 2011 by Principal Consultant, Megan Buntine, when she embarked on pursuing her dream of truly making her community a better place, we now provide a range of services particularly to community-based not-for-profit organisations, small businesses and individuals.

Megan is on a mission to improve the capability and capacity of organisations and individuals.

Megan has worked and volunteered across the human services and broader community sectors for more than 30 years, as well as running her own businesses over the past 18 years.

Megan writes articles and blogs on a range of topics for a variety of audiences.

01. AWARDS

Megan has previously been awarded a Victorian government Occupational Health and Safety scholarship, and she has also been nominated for a Department of Human Services Valuing Achievement Award.

She has been a volunteer citizen advocate for a man with multiple and complex needs for more than 20 years.

03. Memberships

Megan belongs to the National Disability Practitioners and has been a member of a number of community organisations in a variety of governance roles. Most recently she was the Secretary of Rivers and Ranges Community Leadership Inc’s Board, a member of the Victorian Public Tenants’ Association Inc’s Board, and a Director on the Board of the Kinglake Ranges Foundation.
