Good Strategy Planning can mean the difference between barely surviving and really thriving for our not-for-profits (or for any organisation, for that matter!)
But time and again I see NFPs – both big and small – just bumbling along with little or no attention to good proactive strategy, then wondering why they are not achieving the things that are important to them.
