Most organisations need to fundraise to survive, and certainly if they want to amplify their Mission and deliver more of what they do to add value to the community. Even to keep the lights on…most NFPs need to fundraise.
But in these tight economic times, organisations need to be more creative, strategic, and focused than ever before in order to source the funds they need to keep their organisations viable.
So, helping NFPs get ahead of the pack on their fundraising strategies, has become another key focus area of mine over recent years, particularly as it is so central to their good governance and sustainability.
